- All core components of electric scooters and electric bicycles are covered by a limited warranty period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Core components include but are not limited to: frame, battery, controller, motor, charger, instrument panel, throttle, horn, headlight, pole, front fork suspension, tires, inner tubes, brakes, and chains.
III. Warranty Scope
- The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Performance failures and quality-related issues within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
IV. Damages Caused by Human Factors Are Not Covered by the Warranty
- All components that are damaged due to human factors rather than factory - related faults are not covered by the warranty. Examples include, but are not limited to, damages caused by improper operation, intentional damage, incorrect installation, or using non - original accessories.
V. Related Precautions
- Since electric scooters and electric bicycles are large - sized commodities, they are prone to collisions during logistics and transportation. Therefore, the original packaging is required for all warranty and repair cases. If the original packaging is lost, additional costs may be incurred, and the specific amount will be determined according to the actual situation.
